You see, our minds naturally want to preserve the way we already "think"- even when it doesn’t make any sense to us. You may really want to stop smoking for good reasons such as saving money or feeling healthier. And those are great reasons to quit smoking.
But they are not enough on their own to create real and lasting change in the way you "think" about smoking.
